Doug Stine takes the helm as Silver Tree’s Vice President of Account Management and Sales Operations.

Doug Stine takes the helm as Silver Tree’s Vice President of Account Management and Sales Operations. Doug has an extensive background that spans 35+ years in IT, with the last 25 years in various client leadership roles, working with midmarket and enterprise companies across a number of industries.

Doug joined Pomeroy in 2012 as an account executive, responsible for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts. In 2018, he was elevated to Regional Vice President of Sales, responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure client satisfaction and sales growth, including new business and renewals.  In 2022, as Pomeroy reorganized, Doug took over the newly created Vice President of Client Services, where he had direct responsibility for the managed services business, 14 client executives, and 950 on-site employees, delivering client services. Doug’s accomplishments included significant strategic account renewals, multiple new managed services accounts, and improving the organization’s maturity around governance, CSI initiatives, service levels, quarterly business reviews, and account planning.

Doug also spent 17 years with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), holding numerous leadership roles in IT services, IT outsourcing, application outsourcing, and consulting services. He began his career as a software developer, working with various companies to develop application systems to execute their business strategies.

Doug is a BS graduate from Montclair State University. He resides in New Jersey with his wife, Karen, and two dogs, where they raised four grown children.
