We are delighted to announce that Donna Bauer has joined Silver Tree Consulting and Services as our new Chief Digital Officer. Donna is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital innovation and transformation, and she now leads our Digital Practice. In her role, Donna is accountable for delivering transformative digital outcomes for our clients, overseeing our extensive digital portfolio which includes consulting, AI, analytics, data, applications, cloud solutions, OCM, IoT, product and program management, platforms, and industry-specific solutions.
As a key member of Silver Tree’s Executive Leadership Team, Donna plays a pivotal role in developing and executing the firm's strategic initiatives. Her vast industry experience spans strategy, technology, and client engagement, making her a recognized leader in developing innovative solutions and new business models. Donna's leadership has driven successful digital transformations globally.
Donna serves on the Executive Advisory Committee at Drexel University College of Engineering and has been recognized as a Women Leader by Consulting Magazine. She also served on Emerson Electric’s Product Advisory Board and has taught at GE’s Leadership Institute at Crotonville.
Prior to joining Silver Tree, Donna led notable turnarounds and practices in various sectors including SAP and Oracle, Digital Engineering, Communications, Media and Entertainment, Energy, and Manufacturing. Her earlier career encompassed significant leadership roles in plant management, predictive and preventative maintenance, and supply chain management.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from Sacred Heart University. Her passion extends beyond her professional achievements; she is dedicated to mentoring and shaping the career paths of future leaders, believing firmly that engineering provides a foundation for a lifetime of opportunity.
