Bindu Bhatia is a global data and AI strategy professional and managed services expert who leads Silver Tree's Data and Artificial Intelligence practice. She is responsible for advancing Silver Tree's clients' data-driven and AI-enabled transformations, leveraging over 30 years of experience in digital transformation, AI/ML, data strategy, and governance.
As part of Silver Tree's digital team, Bindu contributes to developing innovative, human-centric solutions. She has successfully led transformative initiatives across industries, from creating data-driven ecosystems to pioneering conversational AI applications.
Bindu's areas of expertise include AI and Generative AI, data governance, digital strategy, and cognitive and conversational AI. She collaborates closely with clients, strategic partners, and cross-functional teams to drive impactful, scalable solutions.
Before joining Silver Tree, Bindu held key leadership roles at DXC Technology, Cognizant, IBM, and UST Global, where she spearheaded the implementation of cutting-edge AI frameworks and re-invented large-scale digital and operational transformations. Her work consistently delivers tangible value, from increasing operational efficiency to enhancing customer engagement, enabling her clients' growth.
Bindu holds a Global MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Master's in Computer Applications. She earned her BS degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Math from Chaudhary Charan Singh University and an MCA from the Institute of Management Studies in India.
Bindu is passionate about ethical AI and mentoring future leaders, firmly believing in technology's transformative power to shape a better future.
She currently resides with her family in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
