Amy has more than a decade of experience in business strategy and development. Before joining Silver Tree, Amy worked in healthcare and workforce solutions, where she played a pivotal role in the US domestic response to the COVID-19 pandemic, redirecting resources and staff to hospitals, reimagining crisis response, and championing workforce equity. 

Amy distinguished herself as a subject matter expert, working with the White House COVID-19 Task Force, the Assistant Secretary of Preparedness and Response, the US Department of Health and Human Services, the states of Montana, Florida, California, and Wisconsin, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, and the Territory of Guam, to name a few. She was a multi-national dialogue facilitator, leading discussions on crisis response, healthcare innovation, and systems improvements.

Amy’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in her role as the founder and CEO of Charted Course, LLC. This is another aspect of her professional journey that we are excited to welcome to the Silver Tree team. 

Amy earned a BA in English from Ohio University in Athens, OH and is currently working on an MBA and a Master of Arts in Public Policy (expected in 2025) from Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, CA.  She holds a Certificate in Public Leadership from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, and a Health Diplomacy Training Initiative from the Center for Global Health Security & Diplomacy, Georgetown University.
