A seasoned digital innovation and transformation executive, Donna Bauer leads Silver Tree Consulting and Services Digital Practice.  As Chief Digital Officer, she is entrusted with ensuring Silver Tree’s clients’ digital and transformational outcomes.

Donna’s areas of responsibility include consulting, artificial intelligence, analytics, data and applications, cloud, OCM, IoT, product and program management, and platforms and industry solutions.  As part of Silver Tree’s executive leadership team, she also is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s strategy.

Donna brings deep industry, strategy, technology, and client experience to her role. She is known in the industry for developing innovative solutions and new business models and has successfully led digital transformations globally.

Donna serves on the Executive Advisory Committee at Drexel University College of Engineering Executive Advisory Committee, was recognized as Women Leader by Consulting Magazine, served on Emerson Electric’s Product Advisory Board, and taught at GE’s Leadership Institute at Crotonville.

In her previous positions, Donna spearheaded successful turnarounds and led practices in SAP and Oracle, digital engineering, communications, media and entertainment, and energy and manufacturing.  Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in plant management, predictive and preventative maintenance, and supply chain.

Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.
