Chris has delivered major business transformation programs, leveraging information technology for over 30 years at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and CAP Gemini. He has implemented and managed global assurance process for a portfolio of projects and programs in excess of $3B, as well as managed turnaround and delivery of business critical programs in excess of $800M in multiple industries, including: manufacturing, finance, insurance, banking, engineering design, and construction.
Chris achieved public, private, and global transformations, serving in leadership roles, including IT Business Transformation and Consulting, Program and Portfolio Executive, and Turnaround and Program Recovery Manager. The key to his success in transformations is his ability to identify key issues, develop programs for corrective actions; and implement, manage and track performance
Chris served as program General Manger for a $800M program in partnership with Army Materiel Command and DOD that redefined the US Army supply chain. The global logistical modernization of the world’s leading SAP transformation program resulted in improved supply, maintenance, ammunition inventory, financial management, weapons systems readiness, sustainment, and procurement planning.
His passion is guiding diverse global organizations to achieve measurable business results by incorporating sound insights and business acumen into drivers for complex business and technology change.
Chris has an MBA from South Methodist University. Certifications include: Amazon Web Services Certified Business Professional and Corporate Council Charter Member, Program Management Institute (PMI). He has received the United States DOD, White Hat Award. He is also a career mentor at Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business.
Chris lives in Charleston, SC with his wife Marilyn. They enjoy all aspects of life in the Lowcountry.
