We are thrilled to announce that Doug Stine has joined Silver Tree Consulting and Services as the new Vice President of Client Success and Account Management reporting directly to our Founder and CEO, Richard Ricks. With an impressive career spanning over 35 years in IT and 25 years in client leadership roles, Doug brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team that is key to Silver Tree’s continued success.
Silver Tree is experiencing rapid growth, as evidenced by our recent recognition by Deloitte and Inc. indicating we are among the fastest growing technology services companies. We aim to accelerate this growth by continuing to excel in our client relationships, striving for every client to become a net promoter and reference for Silver Tree. Doug’s mission and passion will be to make this a reality for our clients. We believe if every client is a net promoter, we will achieve our aspiration of becoming the leading transformation partner in the mid-market and not-for-profit sectors.
Doug’s journey in the IT industry began as a software developer, where he worked with various companies to develop application systems that executed their business strategies. His talent and dedication quickly propelled him into leadership positions, and he has since become a respected figure in the field.
In 2012, Doug joined Pomeroy as an account executive, where he managed a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts. His exceptional performance led to his promotion in 2018 to Regional Vice President of Sales. In this role, he was responsible for managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and sales growth, including both new business and renewals.
As Pomeroy reorganized in 2022, Doug took on the role of Vice President of Client Services. Here, he oversaw the managed services business, managed fourteen Client Executives, and led a team of 950 on-site employees delivering services to clients. His tenure was marked by significant accomplishments, including the renewal of strategic accounts, the onboarding of new managed services accounts, and improvements in organizational maturity regarding governance, CSI initiatives, service levels, Quarterly Business Reviews, and account planning.
Prior to his time at Pomeroy, Doug spent seventeen years with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where he held numerous leadership roles in IT services, IT outsourcing, application outsourcing, and consulting services. His extensive background has equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record of driving success.
Doug is a graduate of Montclair State University with a BS degree. He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife, Karen, and their two dogs. They have raised four grown children together.
