Lonnie has driven millions of dollars in new and organic revenues, achieved large gains in customer satisfaction, and advanced resource efficiencies and effectiveness, saving clients a tremendous amount of money. As a strategic problem solver, he prevents or fixes structural, process, systems, organizational and communication issues to ensure seamless delivery and consistently exceed customer and company metrics.
Previous to Silver Tree, as Senior Vice President of Managed Services Operations at Denovo, he integrated the ITIL discipline and updated supported environments to relevant technologies to drive service performance in a culture made up of several acquisitions and complex environments to support. He also improved the onboarding process so that the client experience exceeded expectation and implemented a detailed Daily Service Review to measure service performance for clients and also set service targets to drive client satisfaction.
As Vice President Managed Services Operations at Forsythe Technology, Lonnie vetted and onboarded seasoned leaders for Datacenters, Operations Center, built and led startup Managed Services Operations practice for an IT finance, VAR, professional, and managed services company with revenues of $1.1 billion. Handled financials, strategy, innovation, operational excellence, data center operations, and service discipline for 100 clients.
As Executive Director, Service Delivery at Computer Science Corporation, Lonnie led a team of 800 global technical support people both direct report and matrixed. Directed infrastructure and application operations service activities of 26 global and regional accounts including applications, SAP, service desk, desktop, server, mainframe, midrange, and ITIL processes compliance and implementation. Managed P&L budget of $400 million. Interfaced with the client and internal executives on service, strategy, and financial matters.

Lonnie lives in Downers Grove, IL, is married to his wife Diana, and they have a combined family of four children (Sean, Emily, Will, and Matt).
