It gives me great pleasure to announce the following appointments to key leadership positions. These leaders provide me tremendous confidence in Silver Tree’s ability to scale, meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients.
John Gentry has joined Silver Tree’s advisory board. Great addition to our Advisory team. Prior to joining Silver Tree, John ran Conduent’s HR and F&A business. John and I worked together while he ran a very successful region for CSC’s Consulting business based in Chicago. John will advise myself and my team in strategic planning, market and sales development. John is a gifted leader and will provide great insight to enable our clients, and team to think strategically about their future.
Dan Larson has joined Silver Tree as Chief Operating Officer (COO), and to lead our Governance practice. Prior to joining Silver Tree, Dan was Vice President of Transformation at Conduent. Dan and I worked extensively together at CSC. He led the team that successfully developed CSC’s Governance and Account management best practices and operating models. Dan will work with all practice leaders and their teams to assure their ability to scale and deliver. Dan will also assure our best practices for Client Engagement and Account management are implemented – every client, every time.
Cliff Strickland has joined Silver Tree to lead our Managed Services (Applications, Infrastructure, and Cloud) capabilities. Prior to joining Silver Tree, Cliff was Vice President of Managed Services for OnX Enterprise Solutions – building, transforming and supporting complete technology environments with specific expertise in cloud computing, data center services, and end-to-end communications services. He will continue to build out and oversee all practices related to managed services. His focus is driving AI-centric initiatives, not only within our Intelligent Automation practice but throughout IT Service Management in order to optimize organizations and support their strategic growth initiatives. Cliff and I worked together at CSC, and he is a leader who is driven to deliver results/outcomes.
Patrick Savard joins us to lead our ServiceNow ITSM practice. Pat spent over 25 years as a technology leader at McGraw-Hill and CIGNA. He established and led a program support office for two major change efforts and service management implementations, which resulted in significant cost savings while improving infrastructure availability and performance for business operations and product delivery in both programs. Most recently, he has deployed ITSM processes on ServiceNow platforms for multiple clients.
Tim McNamara joins us to lead Major Transformation Programs for our clients. Tim led a number of significant successful transformations while at CSC. Tim previously led CSC’s 2nd largest client relationship, he also led all of Infrastructure Services for CSC’s North American business, he very successfully led major business and technology transformation for our clients and our business. Tim will be responsible for leading major strategic transformation programs for our clients.
Dave Hand joins us as our Client Engagement partner in the Dallas area. Dave is a very successful sales and business development leader who designs and deploys high yield strategies that accelerate revenue and market share in a highly competitive I.T. industry. Working with some of the largest system integrators and global accounts, Dave became Nortel’s global VP Sales for GSI’s, supporting CSC, HP, Unisys, SAIC and BT. He is a subject matter expert for Unified Communications & Cloud and has a background with Mitel, Cisco, Avaya & RingCentral. He has worked closely with institutional investors in the technology sector.
