Jeff Mondick takes the helm as Silver Tree’s ServiceNow Platform Leader. With an extensive background that spans 23 years in IT and Digital transformations and 14 years of expertise in ServiceNow. Jeff will be instrumental in guiding clients through the implementation, maintenance, and expansion of their ServiceNow platforms. His proficiency ranges from executing projects for Fortune 10 conglomerates to nurturing small private firms. Jeff’s innovative approach to ServiceNow has resulted in pioneering new functionality, management, and implementation methodologies. In his new role, Jeff will also harness the power of Silver Tree’s flagship product, Vigilance™, to offer unparalleled delivery and management capabilities to the midsize enterprise market.

Joining alongside Jeff is Shad Moss, Silver Tree’s Digital Leader with three decades of experience. As the leader of Silver Tree’s Digital practice, Shad will focus on Digital Transformation, from Application and Data Modernization to DevSecOps and everything in between. His deep passion for Digital Modernization will empower clients to unlock the full potential of their applications, data, optimizing operations and fostering innovation. Shad’s extensive career has been punctuated by his exceptional ability to marry IT strategies with business goals across diverse sectors.
