David Anderson, Senior Partner, leads Silver Tree’s Financial Services Vertical with a focus on Insurance and Regional Banking segments. 

David is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of Sales and Operations Management experience including Senior positions at DXC Technology (previously CSC), Capgemini, Cognizant, HCL, and Oracle. He brings to Silver Tree a unique orientation having founded and led three technology companies to successful outcomes. With his experience in leading companies through their technology development for broad market adoption, he plays a key role in shaping the Silver Tree proprietary solutions portfolio. He is recognized in the market for his ability to collaborate effectively with executive teams and develop the necessary trust and communication for successful outcomes. These tools and his experience will help assure Silver Tree’s industry-leading capabilities enable our clients’ successful digital transformations.

David began his career as a bond trader before moving into Commercial and Retail Banking at Merrill Lynch, covering innovative technology companies, which in-turn inspired his transition to the technology sector and serves as a catalyst to drive improvements and support growth in the Financial Services industry. David helps clients through complex initiatives to meet their strategic objectives and financial targets.

David and his teams have managed and serviced over $1B in applications portfolios, replaced and upgraded core banking systems, deployed a multitude of Insurance systems (including Policy, Claims, Pricing and Rating systems) and optimized trading operations and systems. David has also led a number of programs in Business Process Outsourcing and Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing including re-engineering the complete infrastructure environment of one of the largest card processing companies in the USA, setting up new network operating centers, and global call and customer contact centers.

David is a very proud alumni of the University of Arizona. He lives in St. Petersburg, FL where he enjoys spending his spare time on the water or on the local golf courses. He is involved in and loves to tutor up and coming entrepreneurs and future corporate leaders.
